Our home is located in a luxury all-year round resort community of Masthope. The community includes amenities such as beach, skiing, basketball, miniature golf, tennis, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, restaurant, Tiki bar and sports bar on site. A perfect family & friends getaway location! Enjoy the beautiful views of the Delaware Valley from the deck. The home is equipped with heat, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, wireless wifi, barbeque grill and new washer and dryer. The community is patrolled by private security and all amenities are controlled access for residents and their guests only. 8 guest passes are included with the rental. Additional passes are available for $5.00 per day or $25.00 for a week. Linens are not included in rentals less than 3 nights. They can be added for an additional charge. Please note - The pool and lake are currently closed. All other amenities are available. In this private community you have secure access to the Olympic size pool that has slides, diving boards, and a kiddie pool. The pool is located at the Ski Big Bear lodge and has an outdoor Tiki bar, restaurant, game room, miniature golf and indoor sports bar. Charcoal grills, picnic tables, tennis courts, a playground and basketball courts are also located at the pool area. Additionally, the community offers a private beach with swimmable lake including a lunch cafe, charcoal grills, picnic tables, paddle boats, kayaks, fully stocked lake for fishing, volleyball court, and 2 Bocce ball courts. Horseback riding is available with advanced reservations at the community stables. There is also private access to Delaware river with picnic area. In the wintertime, Ski Big Bear is in the Masthope Community and you can enjoy skiing, snow boarding, terrain park and tubing. All guest receive a 25% discount with their guest passes. Woodlock Lodge is only 15 minutes away and offers a wonderful spa and challenging golf course.
