Spacious open floor plan with finished lower level, great for entertaining. 3 levels finished with wrap around deck and screened porch. The community has a nice family ski mountain, heated pool, mini golf, nice beach at the lake with small marina with row boats canoes and paddle boats for your use. Snack bar and playground at the lake,
restaurant, snack bar and Tikki Bar at the pool & lodge area along with a picnic area by a play round to relax while the kids play, fitness center and a 2 acre river park picnic area on the Delaware River. Masthope Stables for a trail ride or pony rides for the kids along with a small animal petting area. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. THERE IS A $300 UP-CHARGE FOR LINEN SERVICE.
