It has 8 bedrooms/8 bath on each side. THIS LISTING IS FOR PLEASURES (RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOUSE). THE OTHER SIDE IS TREASURES (LEFT SIDE OF HOUSE) LISTING #1253791. One side is a mirror image of the other. Layout of both sides are exactly the same although fabrics/colors can vary. You can rent one side or the whole house depending on size of group. The spacious living room (approx 2,800 sq ft) has wall-to-wall glass doors that open to a deck with direct beach access. Wherever you sit in the living room or dining room areas, you get a panoramic view of the ocean, and it is absolutely breathtaking!
This beach house has a layout that is not only functional and very convenient, it accommodates large groups comfortably. All the bedrooms are a nice size with a bathroom in 6 of 8 bedrooms. There are six bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. It sleeps 20 comfy/cozy if you include the 2 sofabeds in living room. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of counter space and 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers. There is a washer & dryer downstairs and washer & dryer upstairs also. This duplex is centrally located in Surfside Beach minutes from all activities that make MB so much fun. A great place for family reunions, golf groups, weddings, etc.! Professionally decorated.

Summary: this was our second year staying at this house for the RUN 2 Sun car show. This house is a great spot for large groups of people. We rent both sides, Pleasures and Treasures, both together they will sleep 40 people.. If you a large group, this house is for you! Would stay again!
