This home is part of the MPOA and is governed by its rules, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full time residents, including families with children. Please respect their privacy and property rights. Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA is prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. All ties must be off the roadway. Do not block fire hydrants. Private neighborhood roads are highways for law enforcement purposes. Do not part adjacent to any other homes or lots without homeowners explicit permission. Parking violations are subject to being towed. Overflow parking is available at 4007 Peak drive. Busses, campers, and RV's may not be parked at houses or on neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, you may use the overflow lot. No fires! Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area. Pets are not allowed at our property. Do not place trash anywhere outside the home, including screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage property.
