Ce magnifique Mas entièrement rénové se situe dans le quartier de l’Aiguelongue au nord de Montpellier. Véritable écrin de verdure, vous profiterez donc d’un cadre verdoyant et très calme non loin du centre ville de Montpellier. Au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison au style provençal, se trouve une grande pièce de vie très lumineuse, de par sa double exposition, ainsi qu’une cuisine séparée dans laquelle de nombreux équipements sont mis à votre disposition. Au même étage se trouve une suite parentale avec une chambre double et sa salle de douche attenante. L’étage dispose de 5 autres chambres. Deux d’entre elles sont doubles. Les trois autres sont des chambres d’enfants, avec des lits simples. Ces 5 chambres partagent deux salles de bain disposant de douches et baignoires. Cette villa possède un magnifique extérieur. Dans un jardin arboré, se trouve une grande piscine et sa terrasse en bois très ensoleillée. Au même niveau que la piscine se trouve une très grande terrasse équipée de mobilier de jardin, salon et table pour les repas avec un barbecue qui sera le lieu de retraite idéal pour les longues soirées d’été. De nombreux fauteuils et canapés d’extérieur sont mis à votre disposition.
