Of the 14,000 m² of this old olive grove located in the Calanques National Park, let yourself be surprised by the different scents of Mediterranean vegetation. Depending on the restanques, you will find various delicately shaded spaces where everyone will find their own account. Play area: football cages, swings, trampoline, slackline or lunch/aperitif area on the top of the park where you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Mediterranean sea, ... …and especially the large swimming pool with a beautiful open view. The house naturally integrates into this peaceful place by following the topography of the land on 3 floors. The main area gives access to a large room of bright life, open on a magnificent and large terrace. The volumes are generous (more than 5m under ceiling) and very pleasant to live. Adjacent to this room, you will find an equipped kitchen ideal for cooking good dishes to enjoy in the sun. The terrace, a real place of conviviality, offers several aperitif spaces, meals and a real fireplace ideal for grilling. On 2 levels, you have 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom at your disposal to comfortably accommodate 11 people. All rooms are equipped with quality bedding, sometimes single or double beds, wardrobes and all offer an open view of the park. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a professional balneotherapy bathtub. The reading room is particularly pleasant with its many windows offering a stunning view of the restanques. The lower level of about 150 m², recently renovated, can be considered as a second unit in its own right. This configuration is ideal for alternating moments of independence and conviviality by sharing all the wide spaces of life previously described. On this level you will find a second kitchen, a second living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms and a boudoir. You will find the same bedding comfort as in the rest of the house. Everything is equipped and decorated with the same attention and attention to detail as on the upper floor. The house remains naturally fresh, even in summer, so the owners have chosen not to install air conditioning. The thickness of the walls, the freshness brought by the park and the numerous openings allowing a good circulation of the area and a moderate temperature naturally. Let yourself be carried away by the softness of the places, recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting where the scents of seaside and Provencal vegetation will leave you the delicate imprint of these peaceful moments spent at the «Mas de Gameau». You can also park many vehicles inside the property if you wish. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the park. The charcoal barbecue is not usable in summer due to the risk of fire. The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events. The old port of la Ciotat is 950 m on foot. You will find all shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants After a few hours of laziness and rest savoured at the Mas, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its cut and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, parc et Calanque of Mugel, Green Island, Beaches, Castellet circuit, … On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the ubiquitous sun.
