Very pleasant Provençal property equipped with reversible air conditioning on wooded area of 5000 m2, calm and quiet on the edge of the village. Ideally located in the heart of Provence, close to the most beautiful sites of the famous Luberon region: Gordes (23 km), Roussillon (15 km), Colorado Provençal - Rustrel (8 km), Isle sur la Sorgue (36 km), mont Ventoux (52 km), ...
With an area of 220 m2 with its 3 levels (ground floor, garden level and first floor) the villa offers a rental capacity of up to 12 people plus 2 babies with its 5 bedrooms: 1 with a 160x200 double bed , 2 with double bed 160x200 and a baby bed, 1 with a double bed 140x190 and 2 bunk beds 90*200 for adults, and 1 with two twin beds 90x200.
Ground floor and garden floor each have a bathroom and a separate WC, the first floor has a shower room with WC.
A large living room of 40 m2 opens onto a covered terrace of 30 m2 equipped with a barbecue (charcoal) ideal for having meals in summer while contemplating the magnificent landscape of the Luberon. On the first floor a mezzanine also offers a quiet space for reading or watching TV on a large screen.
The 5*10 m swimming pool with pool house is private and fully secured, has a pergola, deck chairs and parasols for the whole family. A play area is available for children. A space under the pines ensures a most pleasant nap with the song of the cicadas.
