Beautiful house completely refurbished, located in a superb location, in a quiet corner surrounded by pine trees and just few steps from a large and sandy beach. Tourist tax of 2 €/person/night not included. The house is privileged situated at walking distance from the beach (just 50m). It has a large outdoor area with a shared pool. An ideal accommodation for families wishing to enjoy the sea, relaxing and sightseeing. The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way, opened to the private terrace and garden, light, spacious and fresh. The inside is very comfortable, cosy furnitured, laided out in two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equiped kitchen and a comfortable living room.The outside has a porched terrace and a pool shared with other houses. Or, of course, Barcelona, at 120 km, with its renown gastronomic sites, cultural offers and modernist architecture. If you like fine wine, you can visit some Priorat wineries (at 50 km) and make some unforgettable tastings. And if you are interested in hiking and open-air activities, you can go to Ebro river delta (at 90 km) or Montsant range (at 50 km), both are natural parks with a lot of routes to discover.
