This is the perfect place to enjoy coffee on the marsh while taking in the view and watching eagles, cranes and other birds. + Plus during scallop season this home is 4 minutes from the boat ramp leading to the gulf no bridges!! ! 10 minutes from RODGER PARK and WEEKI WACHEE RIVER.

Summary: This property was ideal for my family(myself, husband, and daughters 10&14) and my best friends family(mom,dad, and daughters 17, 16, 14). The layout gave our kids a space to spend time away from the adults. The views over the marsh are amazing. And the location is close to area attractions, but also privides privacy!!
