This home is being renovated during the off season so our guests have a wonderful time not having to worry about anything except what you’re going to do for the day!!! Make your reservation today and enjoy everything the Marlin Manor has to offer!!!

House has been deep cleaned and household filters changed every week!!
*** All necessary repairs have been made to the game room floor, there is a brand new unit for the bottom floor ( per negative review), household filters get changed out every week no smoke smell ****

Enjoy your perfect getaway at the Marlin Manor! This home is newly renovated on the game room floor. On the top floor has a open living area that has the perfect view of the ocean sunrises and you may even catch the dolphins playing while on the deck enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee. On this same level has a Master King bedroom and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There is an offset room that can be used as bar area or extra storage for food or storage for beach games etc . On the second level there are 4 bedrooms, a second King Master bedroom with a private bathroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and a kids room with 1 bunk bed size twin over full, next to the kids room is a full bathroom, all bedrooms on this floor have access to the deck that overlook the pool and have amazing views of the ocean! The hot tub is also located on this floor. The third floor is the game room that leads to the ocean. In the game room there is a pool table and a small sink and a guest bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a stand up shower. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and if you work from home/school enjoy work or doing school work at the beach there is no better place to relax and enjoy whatever you may be doing!! I do have to ask all of my guests to use the beach access located 1-2 houses down from the Marlin Manor please do not use the dunes it is the only protection the pools and property have!! Closest beach access is next to the pink house next door..

*** UPDATE 3/1/2023**** New front porch, brand new ac units for all three floors and newly renovated pool area!!! Perfect location for rest and relaxation as well as family fun!!!
