Positive: Very nice rooms and decor
Negative: The coffee served was cold. When asking about a roll away or similar portable bed for extra grandkids, the response was this a luxury hotel and we don’t do that. I booked two rooms and have stayed at plenty of nice hotels that have a pull out coach or something.
