This beautiful 4th floor beachfront condo in the Mariner East complex is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.
This condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, along with a flat screen TV and a full attached bathroom with granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The condo has another full bathroom with tub/shower combination and a bunk room with a queen bed. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, a Murphy Bed and built in banquette seating with storage underneath. The condo is decorated with rustic touches to include a pallet feature wall. It also has a full kitchen with flat top stove and convection microwave oven. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets.
This condo sleeps 6 maximum. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, large and small to include a Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. This condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Some sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased from a local vendor. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Grocery stores and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!

Summary: First thing is the view-unbelievable and so close to the beach. On quiet end of the beach and very family friendly. Overall we had a fantastic time and the condo was great. Kitchen has everything you need (maybe some large mixing bowls would be a great addition) but really well stocked. Could use a few extra towels for longer staying guests. Would be nice to have towels to use while washing a load but for a few days we were fine. The only negatives would be I didn't know we needed to pay an additional fee for having a second car. If that was in the description I must have missed it. If I hadn't asked about it we may have had a vehicle towed. Door handle was broken on sliding glass door to balcony, like it came completely off and we had to hand slid the door to get it and out. The description should also really explain that the "second bedroom" is not really a bedroom. It is a bed in what feels like a closet. There is a tv in there but it is tight and if you have issues with space this is not for you. Kids might be alright with this set up but adults might not. I would have passed on this place had I known the "room" was like this, but we made it work. There is also a constant buzzing noise from the AC unit in the hallway. Kinda drives you crazy at first but I got used to it. Again there were way more positives about this place than negatives. Laundry room is across the hall in the breezeway. There are also a lot of things you can use in there for the beach. Great place!
