Marine House provides spacious modern accommodation and is furnished to a high standard throughout. You enter into the double height entrance foyer with a real fire at the centre and seating around. The stairwell leads from here to the first floor where you find the lounge with vaulted ceilings and a large south facing picture window which has glimpses of the sea. On the ground floor the games room, with a full size pool table, leads to the dining with a woodburner at one end and full width bi-fold doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is accessed from here and is fully fitted with a 5 burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and Delonghi coffee machine. There is also a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite wet room, and two king size bedrooms, one of which can be configured as a twin. There is a family bathroom with a bath and hand held shower overhead and also a useful separate cloakroom. To the rear of Marine House is an enclosed garden with an outside table and chairs and loungers available during the summer months; a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ or breakfast before heading off to the beach for the day. There is off road parking available on a gravelled drive Witterings and beyond Marine House is situated just 200 metres from East Wittering beach and close to West Wittering which is a beautiful stretch of sand offering stunning views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, and merging seamlessly with the East Head Nature Reserve a totally unspoilt headland at the entrance to Chichester Harbour. A great Blue Flag beach area for all the family to enjoy. Pagham Harbour, which is six miles from Marine House, is a glorious and peaceful nature reserve, one of the few undeveloped stretches of the Sussex coast, and an internationally important wetland site for wildlife. Chichester and the Goodwood Estate are both with half an hours drive. Chichester is a great well preserved Georgian city that offers a diverse, cosmopolitan variety of activities and events such as the Fesitval Theatre and galleries and extensive shopping area as well as numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy. Goodwood offers year round events including prestigious motor sports events like the Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival as well as premier horseracing like Glorious Goodwood.
