Marina View Lake House welcomes you with a calm and relaxing vibe the moment you step inside. A large, tranquil living room with gas fireplace and adjoining dining room reminds you that this is your relaxing vacation getaway. A modern dining room table seats six inside. From the dining room you can step out to Adirondack chairs on the roomy deck to take advantage of the marina view and watching boats come and go. The bright, roomy, well-stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare gourmet family meals. There is a breakfast bar with stools for eating or keeping the cook company. From the kitchen step out to your outdoor eating and food prep area, complete with a table and chairs for six and a propane bbq. The deck off of dining room and kitchen adjoin and although light and bright will shield you from the heat of summer sun in the afternoon and evening.
The main floor also has a powder room just off the entry, and a large hall closet.
Main Floor Master:
A special feature of the main floor is the master bedroom suite. The Master Suite includes a king size bed, dresser, and spa-like ensuite bathroom with two sinks, soaker tub, and a large shower.
Lower Floor Bedrooms:
On the lower daylight level there are two additional bedrooms, as follows:
Queen bedroom with queen-size bed, and third bedroom with a double bed and twin bed. Both bedrooms have roomy closets, and are light and bright.
These bedrooms share access to the hallway bathroom with 1 sink and tub/shower combo.
Also on the lower level is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a counter for folding.
The TV room on this level includes a large couch and two comfy chairs that recline. There is a door that leads out to lower porch for fresh air or sitting on the patio bench watching the local deer go by.
There is parking in the driveway for two cars, as well as a gravel parking pad. The front deck area is lovely for catching the evening sun.
Within a few minutes walking distance of the front door is a lovely waterfront park with swim raft (Sofield Park) or you can walk a few minutes the other direction to the marina, marina lake beaches, and the large off-leash dog park.
