Quiet, welcoming, and elegant apartment that, although located in the center, is protected from the hustle and bustle, in a safe neighborhood full of life, with all kinds of shops, eating places, and others, at your feet. Eleven minutes from the waterfront on foot and 3 minutes from the nearest bus stop, making it ideal for any visitor, for work or vacation. Equipped with all the necessary modern appliances, amenities, and comforts to make your stay easy, enjoyable, and above all, unforgettable!
More specifically, we are talking about a completely reconstructed and renovated apartment (just in the summer of 2022) on the first floor (secure and not accessible from the ground), decorated with love and equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances that has opened its doors to welcome with love solo travelers, couples or three friends and give you a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The hall is the first place to welcome you! Behind the armored security door, there is also a card slot with the keys for electricity and heating (autonomous natural gas supply for heating and hot water). Here you will leave your coat and shoes, and you will also find a spare umbrella to serve you during your stay if you need it.
On the left is the kitchen, equipped with a 3-burner electric stove of Greek origin and oven (with baking tray), fridge with freezer, kettle, espresso machine (Nespresso), toaster, and microwave oven. Other types of coffee are also available, such as Greek coffee, cappuccino, and Nescafe frappe. Here you will also find plates, glasses, pots, and pans.
To the right, there is the bathroom, consisting of a shower, bathroom furniture with a sink, and a toilet. Here you can find a hair dryer, a laundry basket, soap bars, and hand towels behind the door, ARTISTI ITALIANI foam bath and shampoo in the shower, as well as toilet paper and detergents inside the cabinet. The doors of the cabinet under the sink and the waste bin lid close softly by themselves with a special brake system and do not need to be pressed to close.
After the bathroom, there is the living-dining room, the area where you can relax watching TV and playing board games, eat and/or work. The space here accommodates the third guest who will sleep comfortably on the sofa by just removing the back pillows. The sofa gives the feeling of a hard mattress and there is also a linen supply.
And finally, there is the bedroom, equipped with a super-double bed (king size) with a 30 cm superior-quality ORION STROM mattress with integrated top and independent springs, hypoallergenic, ventilated, and anatomical to offer unique moments of relaxation during sleep. It gives the feel of a semi-hard to soft mattress. In the bedroom, there is a double-leaf wardrobe with a full-length mirror, electric iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 2 folding metal stands for suitcases, 2 colorful glass bedside tables, as well as a dressing table with a vanity mirror for flawless make-up!
