Casa Paloma is a 2 bedroom villa just behind the Marina Puerto Rubicon. The villa offers the perfect opportunity to relax in your own private space. Outside is a private south facing patio, pool and sunbathing area sheltered from the wind offering the benefit of a central location with a peaceful setting allowing as much isolation as you would like.
A two minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the bars and restaurants at the Marina. There are a number of upmarket restaurants and bars at the Marina along with cafes and tapas bars offering a choice for all tastes and budgets..
A further ten minute walk along the scenic coastal path takes you to the nearest beach and the town centre of Playa Blanca with a wide range of bars and restaurants is approximately 20 minutes walk. The Papagayo beaches are a short drive away.

Ground Floor Living Area
Open plan living area with modern furniture, comfortable sofa and dining area for 4 people. There is internet TV offering a wide range of English TV channels and free high speed Wi-fi.

2nd Bedroom
The comfortable second bedroom has built in wardrobes and additional storage ideal for children or friends to share. The beds can be arranged together to make a large double if required.
