The building comes with a shared roof terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean weather and views over the area (Agbar tower, Monumental, and sea views!).
The building is located close to the main attractions of the city and well connected with metro station (L2 -Monumental Stop - the purple line) and Bus stops. It is also at 15 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia, Plaça Catalunya and Ramblas.
Supermarket Lidl is at few steps. Many tapas bars, cafés, shops, fresh markets, ATM's in the surroundings.
Please note: roof terrace is openn from Monday-Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00. There will be sun loungers available from April-October. We kindly ask you to respect this communal area and keep it tidy.
