Unusual round design villa perched on top of the hill overlooking famous laid back Marigot Bay. Great views, full circle balcony, private pool set in half acre of tropical land. No AC but sea breeze flows through property. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Downstairs at the entrance level Bedroom 1 is ensuite and 2 & 3 share bathroom. Each bedroom has own patio door to balcony. At this level is the Wash room with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the outdoor pool and garden. Upstairs is open plan living with 2 relaxation areas, breakfast table and dining table. Kitchen has Fridge, freezer, cooker and dishwasher. Patio doors to circular balcony with great views. 5 minute walk to the small boat to take you to the beach.
