Positive: We were traveling as family of 5 - all adults. We needed 4 separate rooms, and everyone got their own space. The location is excellent. The host was easy to reach and responded immediately to a few quick questions. The unit is accessible by lift (but when we first arrived we took our luggage up one flight of stairs). There were wonderful balconies off a couple of the rooms.
