El Balcon has a private entrance from the second floor balcony of Marfa House and features premium bedding (which can be configured as a king-sized bed or two twin beds, at the guests' option), an en suite bathroom with shower, a seating nook with reading light, and a coffee station; and a second chair. Comfortable seating is also available right outside on the Marfa House balcony, where you can relax and peruse the goings on in central Marfa while sipping your favorite beverage.
