Slow down and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this popular part of OC, which is known for having less-crowded beaches and some of the best restaurants. Open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are comfortable and well-equipped for the vacationing family. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while egrets and herons graze in the marsh (also a great spot to end your day - the sunsets are breathtaking!) Amenities include FREE Wireless Internet, 4 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, fully-equipped kitchen, Soaking Tub in Master BA, and full-size Washer/Dryer. Easy Walk to Beach, Fager's Island, Macky's & More Walk to the Beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in Maresol's outdoor pool (open seasonally). This community also has a bayfront pier - great for an afternoon of fishing and crabbing. During your stay, be sure to check out the shops, restaurants, and activities that are close by - such as Fager's Island, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, Seacrets, Dead Freddie's Island Grill, Dumser's Dairyland, Maui Golf, Action Watersports, and more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk! Non-Smoking. No pets, please. This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once the reservation is confirmed. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list.
