Summary: Our arrival got delayed. Arrived 2am and had to wait for another 30 min because receptionist could not check us in due to a computer issue. They provided to us a room that was nothing what pictures were, first floor facing the street. Spent 2 hours on a phone with Vrbo for them to pressure management to give us a room that we actually booked. Eventually they did but it was hassle and extremely stressful. Once this was settled it was a good trip as we have hoped for. I can’t really make a suggestion how this can be avoided. You can get it right but it may cost your time and much of frustration. North side of the building should be avoided as the next door they are building a new resort. We stayed on a south side and it didn’t bother us at all. Close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants.
