Positive: This is a lovely airbnb in a rundown area of Ostia. The beach is easy to get to, the bus runs right by the apartment. It seems safe, lots of families live on the road. There is a marina within walking distance with restaurants, and a grocery store around the corner.
Negative: The freezer could use some ice cube trays, so ice can be on hand for drinks. And some beach chairs or towels woukd also be a nice bonus. Honestly the unit has everything you need, and it is close to the Rome FCO airport too.
Summary: The host is kind and sweet, she met all our needs
