This gorgeous 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort! Equipped kitchen with full-size stove, microwave, and small fridge. Relax by the pool, hot tub, or put your feet in the sand. Sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout in the sofa. We do provide enough towels and linens for your stay. Beach chairs/umbrella are included in the unit for you to use!

I am pleased that you chose this condo for your vacation destination, and wish you a warm, sunny, pleasant and relaxing stay! VALET PARKING SERVICES:
The resort now offers valet parking and luggage assistance at the resort. This service is free of charge, gratuity is appreciated!
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE:
We now include complimentary beach chair and umbrella service on the beach.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
When you arrive to the resort, you will need to park in front of the main entrance and go directly to the front desk. At the front desk, they will have your reservation for you. Please be prepared with your driver's license or a legal form of ID. The valet will park your car and bring your bags up the room for you. On your check out day please return your key cards to front desk.
Please remember that check in is at 4pm. You may arrive at the resort early to enjoy the pool or beach for the day. The valet will hold your belongings until your room is ready. Check out is 11am. Again, you may use the resort for the day but please vacate by 11 am. The valet can store your bags.
Fitness Center…
The fitness center is located on the 4th floor for your use and contains a variety of strength and conditioning equipment.
Wi-Fi…
There is complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the “Marco Resort” hot spot. No password is required.
Bath Towels/Linens…
Bed linens are located in the bedroom closet and bath towels are located in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Bed linens and blanket for the sofa bed are located in the drawer below the living room television. There is a hamper in the bedroom closet for dirty towels.
Laundry
There are no laundry facilities on site. However, there is a Laundromat at 277 North Collier Blvd (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , if you need to do laundry during your stay.
Trash Disposal…
Trash chutes are located down the hall past the elevators on the right side of the hallway in the room marked “trash”. If these are locked, please leave trash, if it is in a small bag, on the floor or there is a dumpster located on the 1st floor of the parking garage near the garage entrance and accessible through the lobby. Please check with the front desk if you need assistance locating the dumpster.
Beach/Pool Towels
Beach/Pool towels are located on the shelf in the bedroom closet.
Beach/Pool Chairs
There are beach chairs located on the deck. Please rinse off at shower near the beach before bringing them back to the condo.
Coolers…
Coolers (and glass containers) are not permitted on the beach or at the pool. Cold water is available at both locations. Also, for your convenience, there is an insulated beach bag located in the condo to bring a few cold drinks down to the beach.
Spare Bulbs and Batteries…
Spare light bulbs and batteries are located in the cabinet above the microwave.

Check in time is at 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00am
It is very important that you adhere to out check in and check out times in order for the cleaning company to prepare the condo.
PLEASE REMEMBER That you are not a hotel guest. You are renting directly through me so there are some amenities not available to you. There will be no daily maid service, or use of the hotel beach chairs, umbrella or beach/pool towels. I provide you with beach chairs, an umbrella and beach/pool towels. You are welcome to eat or drink at the hotel bars, lounges and restaurant but you must pay with a credit card. There will be no charging anything to your room. You obviously have complete use of the pool, pool chairs, health club and the beautiful beach. So please enjoy!
