Positive: The pool area and gardens were fabulous. Beautifully maintained , lots of different areas to sit/sunbathe, great outdoor shower ( we used this rather than the en-suite because that was so tiny). Totally private & the views were amazing . The property was really well situated, walking distance to a supermarket & bars.
Negative: The bed! it rustled, creaked and was very uncomfortable. The en-suite shower was not really big enough for an adult ( approx 1 1/2 ft square ). The cupboards also felt a bit damp when we took our clothes out. The inside of the property is functional, spotlessly clean but very dated in comparison to outside. The kitchen needs updating. I found it odd that there were no ‘bits of useful stuff ‘ in the cupboards - like leftover washing up liquid, salt, sugar , oil, a bin bag. Most rental villas have some bits left & we had to buy everything but obviously weren’t going to use it up in a 2 week stay. Very wasteful to throw it away. Inside the property was a bit smelly too - but not sure if this was the septic tank so we reported it & a plumber was sent out to check it within the hour. The management company were really responsive & helpful with issues.
