Welcome to Marbella Villa 7/9. If you are coming to Anna Maria Island to enjoy the world's most beautiful beach, our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation rental is where you should stay, because this Penthouse end unit has the absolute BEST views of the Gulf in the entire complex. The two covered balconies provide you the best spot to view the beach, the gulf and the pool. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Each year we upgrade our beautiful unit to make it even more attractive and well maintained. This fall we replaced our living room furniture and added a sleeper sofa so that we can now comfortably accommodate up to 10 people! And, we recently replaced the heat pumps so that so you can quickly adjust the environment for your maximum comfort. We have also added beach service for the season (2 chairs and an umbrella) You’ll find many attractive features in our spacious beach residence: • Carefree check in so that you go right to this home • 1800+ square feet of living space on the 3rd floor • Beach chairs available first come first served • Living room seats 6 with Large Flat Screen TV • Dining Area has a table that seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4 • Large and open kitchen with Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, beautiful tiled counter tops. Fully stocked with all the plates, glassware, and utensils for family dining. • Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat Screen TV • Master Bath has a walk-in shower • 2nd Master has KING bed as well as a 26” TV • The 2nd bath has a walk-in shower • 3rd Bedroom has a Full Bed and a flat screen TV • 3rd Bathroom has a walk-in shower • 4th Bedroom has two twin bunks with trundles • The 4th bathroom has a combination large tub shower • Bath towels and quality linens provided • There is wireless internet access throughout the residence • There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room in the unit • Covered parking space right next to the entrance and elevator Marbella Amenities: • Elevator (Condos 1-10) • Gulf front heated pool • Rear access from units to pool • Hot Tub • Outside showers and restrooms • Beach Chairs • Barbeque Area: Gas Grill • Covered Parking • On the Beach- Private Access There is also a lot to do in the surrounding area: The Marbella Villas are in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities.
