Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. A large waterfront private backyard is available for your exclusive use.

• walk to Marina Food Market (supermarket groceries, produce, meat & seafood, plus a prepared foods counter), and many great restaurants nearby, including Danny's, Starbucks, and Hillsdale Shopping Mall.
Getting Around:
• Centrally located near Foster City, with easy access to Silicon Valley
• 5-10 mins to SFO, Caltrain, & downtown San Mateo
A car is highly recommended.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy.
