2 Bedroom Condo in Miramar Beach

With almost 1050 square feet, , this 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit is so spacious that you will have a comfortable stay with your family and enjoy the beautiful beach. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and just a short walking distance to the beach.
Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. The full-size front-load stack-able washer and dryer are so big that you will have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit, free wifi.
The Living Room has plenty of seating options and the 55 inch HDTV. Our Master suite has a King bed with a flat screen HDTV. Our guest bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own TV. The hall bath is easily accessible to the guest bedroom. Not enough space? We have a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
Our condo is recently renovated with a fully Stocked Kitchen.
Beach Service Included in Season (Umbrella/2 chairs, $150 weekly value)
Pet Friendly–Well Groomed, Well Trained Pets Allowed with Prior Approval.
Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated with a hot tub, next to it is the tennis courts and a basketball hoop. The resort has a small gym, a private beach and gated community.
Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from March 15 - October 31st.
All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and Other Peak times of year.
*** We would like to welcome our furry guests that are under 20 pounds. Here are some of the breeds that we don't accept:
Pit bull, American Staffordshire, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Great Dane.
*** OUR GUESTS HAVE TO BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT OUR CONDOS IN SPRING BREAK WEEKS!!!
