Maravilla is a highly rated gated community of low rise condos, cottages and homes with gated access, private parking, a 2 minute walk to the 2.5 acres/500 feet of privately owned beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico with two beach chairs and one umbrella waiting for you down at the beach (seasonally mid-March thru Oct 31). Maravilla Condo Unit 4307 is located in Building 4 next to the clubhouse and heated pool and is family and pet friendly (pet clearance & additional pet fee applies). Experience a classic beach vacation at a great value at MARAVILLA RESORT right on Scenic Gulf Drive at Miramar Beach, featuring 2.5 acres of private white sand beach for exclusively for owners and guests! This condo is a tastefully decorated 1 King bedroom, 1.5 bath, Gulf view unit and with a twin hallway bunkbed setup and a queen pull-out sofa bed, will comfortably sleep up to six people (4 adults + 2 kids). The condo is on the third floor of a total of four floors. Step out to the private covered balcony to take in the partial gulf view and feel the ocean breezes coming your way. The condo building is wheelchair accessible from the parking lot using the installed ramp and an elevator.
Featured amenities for your enjoyment include: plush king bed, updated patio seating, hardwood bamboo floors throughout, an electric George Foreman Grill, two flat screen TVs: Smart LED TV in the Living Room, LED TV in the bedroom. Reliable, secure and free High-Speed WiFi is available in the unit and throughout the complex. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, including electric stove/oven, microwave, ice-maker in the fridge, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker and portable indoor/outdoor electric grill. A large covered balcony just off the living room features two updated counter-height patio chairs and a table with a nice partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.
A short 2 minute walk through the complex takes you to the 500 ft private white sand beach and includes FREE Seasonal Beach Service setup of TWO Chaise Lounge Chairs and ONE UMBRELLA each day of your stay, a $32/day value! (seasonal from Mar 14 - Oct 31, 2025). Two extra folding beach chairs are available for your use at the beach. Our unit is conveniently located next to the HEATED POOL, IN-GROUND JETTED SPA and the Maravilla Clubhouse equipped with a small GYM/EXERCISE room. There are private PICKLEBALL, TENNIS and BASKETBALL COURTS and a BIKE RACK, too! A second GULF-FRONT POOL is located on your way to the beach. Charcoal BBQ grills, covered picnic tables and poolside chaises and chairs are located by both pools.
