Positive: The property is clean and well kept overall. The beds are very comfy. We had a great stay and the walk to and from the centre added to our daily step count! :) Would certainly book again if returning to Lugano.
Negative: Lack of air con (the mobile air units helped though) and some of the curtains need putting back in place properly.
