- All beds will be freshly made for your arrival.

- Quality personal items: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soaps.
- We understand that to rush out to the shops at the start of your stay is inconvenient, so that you can relax from the moment you arrive we supply a generous amount of consumables. These are a gift from us to you and there is no need to replace. Further supplies can be purchased from the nearby Woolworths.
- We also offer inhouse housekeeping and can clean the property, change all sheets and top up consumables during your stay for an added fee - please reach out to us for a quote or for a customised service!

Access to the island is via a road bridge with plenty of parking either inside the garage or additional parking on the driveway.
We will leave you in peace to enjoy the home, however I am available via Airbnb or by phone should you need any assistance during your stay.
Maraboo Island is a brand new development in the Port Coogee Marina and close to the award winning Coogee Maritime Trail, including the Omeo Shipwreck.
This newly developed area has all the shops and amenities needed for your stay and is well connected to Fremantle and the surrounding areas by public transport.
Western Australia is easy to drive around with plenty of parking most of the time.
For those who prefer to travel light, public transport to/from Port Coogee is well serviced by bus, taxi or ride-sharing groups.
There is bike hire available in nearby Fremantle with plenty of bike path options up/down the coastline.
This is a private home on Maraboo Island.
We do expect our guests to enjoy the home with respect and leave it in the same good condition on departure.
Any damages or linen stains will be charged.
Our Bins are collected on a Thursday and we’d like you to put them out easy for collection the night before and bring them back in when empty.
1. By booking our accommodation directly or online by whichever channel used, you recognize that you are subject to, and consent to following terms and conditions as set out here. If you do not wish to agree, you will not be authorized to access or use our accommodation and therefore should cancel your stay.
2. All bookings for accommodation are made in good faith by both Traveler and accommodation provider. It is our aim to provide the Traveler with good accommodation at a fair price for the type of accommodation, location and facilities.
3. We advise all Travelers to take out holiday or travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be responsible nor suffer unduly for Traveler’s circumstances.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. Any booking cancelled by us with receive a full refund. There will be no further liability for cancelled bookings regardless of situation.
5. We endeavor to provide the exact accommodation including all facilities as advertised. Sometimes there will be changes such a different linens or furniture provided which are of little or no consequence.
6. We take no responsibility for the disruption of service to Water, Power or other services which are outside of our control.
7. Check in is from 3pm and Check-out is by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
8. House Rules
8.1. All guests must be registered and only registered guests can stay at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the booking if this isn’t followed.
8.2. No smoking
8.3. No parties
8.4. No loud noise or behavior which may cause disturbance to any neighbors.
8.5. No pets
8.6. All other rules as listed in the House Manual available within the property must be adhered to.
8.7. Any breaking of house rules during your stay may result in the remainder of your booking being cancelled without refund.
8.9 Guests and children are not permitted to climb over the outdoor railing by the water, any loss or injury occurred by not following this policy is the responsibility of the booking guests.
