Positive: Everything! The location, tasteful interior decor, the balcony and the rooftop pool with beautiful views over the Ria Formosa. The apartment had everything we needed and more, including beach towels and even a selection of beach games. The hosts were so lovely and couldn’t have done more to make our stay exceptional! Fuseta is a charming fishing village with a fantastic selection of restaurants serving locally caught fish (especially the delicious tuna). There is a bustling little square that is perfect for a morning coffee and a Pastel de nata whilst watching the locals going about their day. There is a beach on the mainland, but it’s worth getting the ferry (10 minutes walk from the apartment) to Fuseta Island with miles of soft sand. It’s very easy to hop on the train for a day trip to the historic town of Tavira. We will be back soon for longer, thank you so much for a superb stay xx
