Imagine you and your family holidaying at this fabulous 171 sq. m. family holiday house on beautiful Jervis Bay.

The adults will love the ambience of the huge entertaining area, comfy lounges and outdoor seating on the recently renovated deck giving you all the space you need for a relaxing holiday. Imagine sitting outside on a nice winter’s day with the deck draped in sunshine, or on a summer evening enjoying a meal on the new BBQ and table with a glass or two of wine!
Your children will love running around in the huge, fully enclosed back yard which is ideal for ball games. When they get tired of this they are sure to enjoy all the board games supplied in the house.
You can relax in the huge living room with the 50" TV, listen to your favourite music on the new Bluetooth enabled sound system, or become engrossed in the small supply of books and magazines. These “come and go”.
For your additional enjoyment we now provide free unlimited wi-fi. The password will be advised to you prior to your check-in date.
And when it’s time to retire there are comfy beds, all with new (2021) mattresses including a king mattress in the main bedroom. Doonas, blankets and pillows are also provided for all beds.
Linen is provided for the king bed in the main bedroom.
If you don’t want to watch the TV in the main bedroom, and depending on the weather, you may be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of the (usually small) waves lapping on the nearby beach.
All you need to bring are linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels, both for the bathroom and the beach. Note we provide the king bed linen !
The house is in King George St, only one street back from the beach. It's only 260 metres or a leisurely 3 minute walk to an uncrowded, child friendly beautiful beach on Jervis Bay where you can often see the dolphins. Your kids will love the buckets and spades available for them to play with on the beach.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible the fully equipped kitchen has near new cooking appliances, a dishwasher, cooking utensils and a coffee plunger. All cutlery and crockery for 10 people is of course also provided, together with basic kitchen supplies. There is a near new washing machine and dryer in the laundry.
For the hotter weather there are near new ceiling fans in the dining and lounge rooms, also in all four bedrooms, which provide for a very pleasant environment. Most summer days we get great north-easterly breezes through the northern and eastern windows.
For your winter comfort we have a gas heater which heats the whole house, and three stand alone convection heaters for the bedrooms if needed for the occasional very cold night.
All inside rooms were repainted a few years ago giving the house a fresh modern look. Most soft furnishings were replaced recently.
Club Callala in Callala Beach Road has bowling and golf, also a bistro open at least 6 nights, and a courtesy bus is usually available.
We have had to implement additional cleaning measures on account of the Covid-19 virus. As a result we regrettably have had to increase our cleaning costs. The total is shown on the booking.

The general cancellation policy is as described elsewhere on this site.
However, if you book our property and have to cancel because of:
* a Government imposed lockdown for health or other reasons which prevents you from travelling, or
* road closures or Government restrictions on travel because of natural events such as bushfires or floods,
in these instances only we will refund all payments in full, right up to cancellations on the day prior to the booking, and will continue to do this until further notice.
This has been our policy from early 2020, including during the bushfires in the 2020 summer, the Covid lockdowns, and the floods in 2022. We have not retained any money whatsoever from the many guests who have had to cancel at a late date because of these incidents. And when we refund your payments in full Stayz also refunds their booking fees, (unlike at least one other booking site), so you are not out of pocket at all.
