Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access to enter the condominium and later in the Lobby you will receive your key to access the unit.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:
-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night, upon arrival you will find supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo and body soap, it is necessary to take into account that they are complimentary and if you want more for your stay we recommend that you include them in your purchases.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the holiday season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Gather used towels:
Please help us keep the place cozy.At the end of your stay, place used linens and towels in the designated area.
Take out the garbage
When leaving the accommodation, we ask you to use the containers in the parking lot to dispose of your garbage to help keep the place clean.
Turn off lights, appliances
Before leaving, turn off all lights and appliances. Your collaboration is essential to preserve energy and take care of the environment.
Lock the door:
It is not necessary to activate the manual lock or use the key, but be sure to lock everything securely to maintain the safety of the unit.
Return the keys:
Please follow the directions for returning keys. If you used access cards or remote controls, leave those as well.
Additional requests:
Before your departure, please remember to turn off the air conditioning and inform your host.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We ask you to be punctual, as our cleaning crew will arrive at that time to prepare the unit for the next guest.
