Summary: This house is well-loved and comfortable, and in a spectacular location. It has definite grandma vibes, in the absolute best way. The house is old and some of the furniture is rickety, but there are clearly ongoing improvements, which are done with high-quality materials and great care. The kitchen is better appointed than any other vacation rental we've stayed in (though I'm still glad I brought my favorite chefs knife and frying pan from home). The beds are comfortable, with nice quality linens - nicer than what we provide in our own vacation rental. I'm inspired to do better! We loved running straight onto the dunes and beach at all hours of the day, and watching the waves while lounging on the window seat. It felt like a privilege to spend a few days on this very special piece of land. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!
