This is a new contemporary villa located in the northern part of the island in the town of Chaloklum. It is situated on a hill with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand and Malibu Beach. The villa is surrounded with jungles and is located near the waterfall. You can experience an absolute unity with nature while all necessary infrastructure is nearby. Villa Soul is a new, contemporary and comfortable villa located in the northern part of the island within the Chaloklum area. The villa is situated on a picturesque hill with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand and the Malibu Beach. The villa is surrounded with jungles and is located near the waterfall. You can experience an absolute unity with nature while all the necessary infrastructure is nearby: fruit shops, grocery stores, currency exchange locations, excellent cafes with traditional Thai and European cuisines. The villa is ideal for four people, but it can fit six people total (for an additional fee per person). The area of the patio includes an open space with a refreshing pool (6m x 3m) and a shower. You can comfortably relax on sun loungers or in hammocks and take advantage of the barbeque area while enjoying the sea views of the Chaloklum Bay. A separate corner of the patio is equipped with beautiful rattan furniture and is protected from the rain by a roof and a retractable canopy. In addition to the patio the villa includes: - Two spacious fully furnished bedrooms with King and Queen size beds; - Two bathrooms with a washing machine and all the necessary toiletries; - Spacious studio kitchen equipped with all the necessary dishware, utensils, and appliances: microwave, electric stove, oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster and plasma TV. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans. The indoor parking is provided for cars and motorbikes. For your safety, there are several surveillance cameras covering the perimeter of the villa. Also, a safe box for the valuables is at your disposal. High-speed WiFi Internet will give you the opportunity to always stay online. There is a new concrete road that has been laid to provide a comfortable ride to the villa. The rental price includes: - 1 free cleaning service per week with fresh bed linens and towels - Free transfer - Delivery of drinking water The following bonus services are available for an additional charge: - Babysitting - Food delivery - Motorbike and car rental Transfer from the port of Thong Sala to the villa and back is free of charge. The property owner or a co-owner will meet you at the port or pick you up for free from any spot on the island. A water cooler with free delivery of drinking water is provided for the entire stay. For guests staying for a long period of time a free cleaning service is provided with towels and bed linens replaced weekly. The fee for an additional cleaning service is 1000 THB. Electricity fee is 7 THB per unit. Car and motorbike rental services, food delivery and babysitting services are available for an additional charge. The villa is ideal for a company of 4 people (surcharge for an additional person is 700 THB per person per night. Maximum capacity is 6 people).
