‘Manta Ray’ is located on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake, an easy 3 hour drive north of Sydney.
Set on a large block with lush backyard, this architect designed home enjoys elevated panoramic views of the lake, sandbar beach, and the Pacific Ocean beyond.
The house is modern and spacious in design. Perfect for entertaining with family or friends, the house has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, opening onto the deck with BBQ facilities. Floorboards throughout for relaxed living and beautiful interior stone walls.
Situated in Pacific Palms in the Great Lakes region of New South Wales, an area of great beauty with abundant wildlife and clear waters. Kayaking, fishing, surfing and snorkelling are just some of the activities readily available.
