My Mansion on the Hill is in Wine Country. 15 mins from downtown Hemet and Temucula, California, USA. 10 mins from largest reservoir in S. California and 2 other large lakes. 27 miles from Palm Springs International Airport. Country living on 25 acres of rolling hill and hike-able hillside. Quiet, clean air, next to vineyards. You’ll love my place because of Pool table, table tennis, 130-channel TV, free Internet, cell phone signal. 3 fireplaces. Rate is for whole mansion, minus 5th bedroom, which was a maid room rentable at additional fee. 5th bedrrom (labeled #2) has queen-framed bed with 12" foam memory mattress, 65" TV, own bath, view of mountains and backyard. Land/lot is not part of rental but may be use with owner's prior written approval. Rate is for 16 live-in. Notes: Rent-to preference given to guest who stay more than one night. 25 acres may be green in certain seasons. RV/car on lot a 1,000 feet from mansion. Large desktop electric oven, microwave for guests but wall-oven/microwave available only for Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Year. More than 16 live-in? -- Can do, contact Host for details. Check-in/out times might vary by about an hour, any changes communicated via email. This might happen when there is another guest before/after you.
