The Manor House enjoys unbroken views across extensive fields and adjacent farmland. It is rare to find a property set in such countryside splendour yet 5 minutes from ‘The Centre’, the largest, most modern and popular shopping destination in Scotland.
The location provides superb connections to Edinburgh; 25 minutes via car, or 25 minutes via train. Glasgow can be reached within 45 mins via car or 45 mins via train, both cities just along the M8 motorway a few mins from property. The train station is a 3 minute drive from the property. It has ample space for parking. Trains are regular & efficient.
The privately-owned property provides unrivalled facilities for large groups coming to the outskirts of Edinburgh or Glasgow for holiday breaks, special events or business. The 6 large, well-appointed bedrooms are brightly decorated and furnished with all the facilities one would expect in a good hotel. Two of the six bedrooms benefit from an en-suite bathroom. There are three more good-sized bathrooms, one houses a jacuzzi bath and one houses a large free-standing tub-style bath. If groups of larger than 12 are required, the property can easily cater for up to 14 guests with 2 guests utilising the top of range self-inflating air beds provided. Linen and towels are provided for all guests.
A huge attraction of this property is the top of range Hydropool 7 person therapeutic hot tub set in a sheltered and partially enclosed garden gazebo.
The games room and gym contains a full-sized pool table, table football, dartboard, gym equipment including a treadmill and various weights etc.
