Travel Purpose: business
Positive: 1. Rooms were easily accessible via lift. Convenient for my mother who has difficulty climbing stairs. 2. View from rooms was good. 3. Restaurant food was good. 4. Restaurant Service and Room Service was reasonably quick.
Negative: 1. Recreational / Activity area and gyms do not have support staff available right now (Second week of August 2022). Missing balls in pool table, no ball in foosball table. No air flow in air hockey table. Do enquire with the property about this before making the booking. 2. Room description in booking.com is incorrect. This should be updated. They have three types of rooms - Deluxe, Luxury and Hut. But booking.com mentions Deluxe Double, King and Superior King with incorrect bed size and room size. I had booked a King room expecting a King size bed. But I got a Luxury room with queen size bed. But in my case, the staff were kind enough to provide extra bed without any additional charges. 3. Better deals available on other websites. I did not cross check on different sites and realised this a few days after making the bookings. Could have saved some money. 4. Wi-fi was poor. But cell signals were decent so it did not matter much.
Summary: Overall good experience if you are looking for a relatively isolated place with good view.
