Manaud by Totiaran is located on the first floor and from its balcony it offers spectacular views of the Baqueira 1500 slopes and the mountains of the Aran Valley. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with the best amenities to enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay with your family.
Important: Below this accommodation there is an identical apartment, the new "Riu Nere" which is convenient for groups of families who want to come together because both apartments host a total of 18 people.
At the entrance of the apartment is the hall where you will see to your right a small closet to leave your shoes and on the walls there are coat racks to leave your coats, in front is the wooden support where you can leave your skis.
Entering through the main door we will see to the left a wide and open space where we will find the living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and in front of it is the fireplace, ideal to enjoy everyone together. To the right of the sofa lounge is the access to the balcony that runs the entire length of the property with beautiful views.
The dining room and the kitchen are in this same room, to the left, there you will find a comfortable designer table with a wooden structure and a carved wooden top and on the table is a glass countertop; It has a double seat at the head and is for a total of 8 people. Next door is a complete American kitchen, with a window overlooking the trees, recently renovated and fully equipped with a new combi fridge, and all the necessary kitchen items to enjoy your stay.
Entering to the right are the 3 bedrooms. The first, the main one, has a new 180 cm double bed, with a large head, a smart TV on the wall and thanks to its windows, a lot of natural light enters, so it is recommended to close the shutters at night. This room also offers comfortable built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom, which has a separate toilet room and next to it the bathtub and vanity that are very well lit.
The second room has two modern and comfortable single beds. Next door is the third room with two bunk beds, plus an extra trundle bed; each of 190 for a total of 5 people. Outside you will find a full bathroom for these two bedrooms which includes a clothes washer & clothes dryer.
To go to the Baqueira 1500 chairlift, the urbanization has a private train which runs regularly in the morning. It is the perfect place to enjoy your accommodation in Baqueira.
