Manatee Mansion is the perfect beach vacation and/or golf getaway home! Our home features an open living area with hardwood floors, TV in every bedroom and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Four (4) bedrooms upstairs with one king & 3 queen beds as well as a “kids room” with two sets of bunk beds. Master suite downstairs features a sitting area, large bathroom with whirlpool tub & large shower, double sinks and vanity. There is also a half bath downstairs. Meal prep is a snap in our large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Front decks of house have great views of the ocean and beach access is just a few steps away directly across the street. Home also features an elevator to avoid all those steps! (Dimensions are W 38 D34 H81 Entry 30) High speed internet is wireless.
Spend your day lounging on the beach or hang out by our private pool. We have an outside shower with hot/cold water to rinse off all that beach sand! There is a bar & cooler outside for your use as well as plenty of chairs and a picnic table. Gas grill is also provided. We have surround sound outside so you’ll have music for those evening cookouts! There is a storage closet to keep beach chairs, toys, etc. Outside bathroom so no running up and down the stairs when the kiddos have to go! There is plenty of parking underneath home for vehicles, bikes, trailer, etc.
You will be within a few minutes of shopping and great dining in the Murrells Inlet/Garden City area.
The Garden City Pier is about one mile away. Take the whole family on a stroll down the pier and enjoy the live bands which play nightly during the summer months.
