4 Bedroom House in Crystal River

Beautifully renovated 4 bed, 4.5 bath ranch with two master suites. Has a beautiful outdoor area with screened in HEATED pool and large backyard. Two docks and a great view down the river toward Three Sisters Springs and Hunter Springs . The first master bedroom has queen size bed, sitting area, private master bath with soaking tub, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. This bedroom has its own kitchenette with gas range and full size fridge. You have a flat screen tv and this room opens to pool with views of the river. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, attached master bath with big shower. You have a large closet, flat screen tv and this room also opens up to the pool. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and large closet. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed, flat screen tv and a large closet. These two bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom which has a large walk-in shower. But there are two other bathroom in the main area of house, one a full bath and the second a half bath. There is a big spacious kitchen with granite countertops, 5 burner gas cooktop, prep space and seating. Big refrigerator and separate ice maker for fishing trips. You will love the open floor plan with plenty of seating on the leather sectional and reclining couches. Also, if you want to get away from the party there is plenty of space for relaxing or reading. For the kids and young at heart we have air hockey and bumper pool set up for hours of entertainment. Excellent WI-FI in the home. Washer and dryer. Outdoor gas grill and cooking area. Fish cleaning station. Two paddle boards and two kayaks for adventures. You are close to the springs !!!!!
