Summary: Overall impression and stay was very good. Great location, very quiet around and in neighborhood. Don't let outside of house fool you, as the inside is Very nicely done and more than adequate for me, wife, daughter, and her boyfriend. Only negatives. 3 out of 5 ceiling fans, which are all remote control, did not work. Actually, 1 of those we don't know if it worked or not, as could not locate nor did owner know, where the remote was. AC was good enough to offset this though. Trash, when we arrived on Wednesday the 24th, was literally, not kidding, overflowing onto the driveway. By Thursday afternoon, we had flies, outside and a few that got in house, from the trash. We talked to owner on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but it took until Saturday morning at 8:00 am for it to be removed. I think their property management company was useless here, so I don't totally blame that on owner. Other than those couple glitches, I would stay here again. It needs some "Tweaks", enough towels and bath mats for guests, yard could use some TLC, but all-in-all, I would give this a 3.5'ish out of 5. We satay in a LOT of rentals and this is certainly not the best, but way from the worst.
