Summary: Tasteful decor, simply furnished, quiet property & neighborhood. Great supply of nearly everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards were perfect! Kayaks were easy to use with the launch pad. Bring life jackets if you are picky. Game room and hot tub very fun. Only needed food and food storage bags/plastic wrap/aluminum wrap - host provided most everything else! AC and hot water worked perfectly. Clothes washer very loud, but worked. Canal had manatees on the other fork, away from the bay - so fun! We drove to Siesta Key, Venice and Coquina Beaches (Coquina was our fave, with dolphins and just the right size) - each about 40-60 minutes in Spring Break traffic. Neighboring geese, ducks, chickens were extremely entertaining!!!
