Brand New 6BR/7BA Beachfront with Breath Taking Sunrises!
Built in 2018, this stunning 3,500 square foot home sits on the sand in Manasquan. Perfect for large families or even multiple families as it can sleep up to 14 guests. Gourmet kitchen, master bedroom suite, 2 family rooms, 2 outdoor patios, High-speed internet, cable, and central air, and plenty of parking.
The sleek and spacious interior boasts 3 floors with brand new furnishings. The first floor has a family room with 50” TV along with bar area and a refrigerator for those off the beach drinks! The 2nd floor includes a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a center island, and dining table that seats 8. The family room has a 55" television, a gas fireplace and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean!
The 1st floor also includes 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and full baths attached. There is a back entrance with mudroom as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer as well as a powder room.
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, both with full beds and adjacent full baths as well as another powder room off of the kitchen and family room.
The 3rd floor hosts 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom is perfect for kids with 4 twin beds and a 42” TV. The master suite has a king bed with 42” TV and a huge master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub.
You will want to eat every meal out on the stunning 1st floor patio with outdoor dining table that seats 8 and faces the ocean. The exterior also has a BBQ grill and outdoor shower. The beach entrance is right in front of the house for extremely easy access to ride some waves! If you’re looking to make that Jersey Shore vacation memorable, this is the house you’re looking for!
