Enjoy our comfortable, modern, 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa! You'll love the private beach access right outside your front door, just a few steps down the paved walkway to the sand.
This unit has a bedroom with a king size bed and the living room leather sofa opens up to a queen size bed.
Relax on the large and private patio with gas grill, plenty of seating and table. Spend your day relaxing, fishing, swimming and searching for shells and shark teeth on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are available.
Enjoy free super fast WIFI and free Cable TV.
We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At the time of booking, let us know if you are bringing one dog or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

Summary: The cottage was exactly what we wanted - comfortable, very near to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental, plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. Location is excellent!! Access to the beach is closer than we had imagined, owner provided chairs and beach towels, if needed. Nearby restaurants were great.
