OCEANVIEW Salvo - Fifth Street There is nothing diminutive about this seven bedroom home, each with its own private master bathroom and TV/DVD. Located just two lots from the ocean on the southern end of Salvo, beach access is just a short stroll down the driveway and a quiet side street. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a large amount of deck area furnished with loungers and a patio set. The gas grill is nearby for cooking up some burgers while taking a dip. Ample parking, a basketball goal, an outdoor shower, grill and fish cleaning table are also found on the ground level. A half bath is found inside the home, convenient for quick trips in from the pool. Gather for a game of pool in the game room with TV and kitchenette complete with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A nearby table provides a place to enjoy your snack or play a board game or assemble a puzzle. The cozy media room is the ideal destination for viewing the latest blockbuster on the projection screen TV. Two bedrooms are found on this level, one with a king bed and one with two day beds. There are four more bedrooms on the mid-level of the home, along with the washer/dryer. Three of these bedrooms have king beds and one has two pyramid bunks, perfect for the sprites in your group. Two of the king bedrooms have slider access to the wraparound covered deck with Adirondack chairs. One last king master bedroom is found on the top level of the home. Handicap friendly features at the home include a ramp into the first level where the elevator can then take you to any level.
