The house's garage is not available but there is space in front of it to park four medium-sized cars, respecting the limits • The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it. . • The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on (6-9h to heat). Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) • Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. Starter Kit for your arrival: All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper tower, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered, and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay.
