There are 4 generous sized bedrooms (2 have ensuites), 3 bathrooms each with a bath, the middle & downstairs bedrooms have their own flat screen TV to keep the kids amused. Main bedroom with its own ensuite and balcony. On the upper level there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern Smeg appliances including dishwasher and open plan living area with wall mounted plasma TV with Foxtel connected this floor has an ensuite washroom. Off this area is an outdoor covered balcony with a BBQ and large comfortable outdoor setting, ideal for entertaining. Electronic curtains close off the glass walls to the balconies.
It is close to Bennett's, Jimmy's & Winda Woppa beaches, Hawks Nest Golf course is only a few streets away. A boat ramp and wharf to fish from are just around the corner. Bike riding ideal cycling for all ages and walking trails. Local caf?s, restaurants, shops are an easy walk.
